Netta has been with the business since it began and has over 15 years’ experience. Netta is licenced as a Property Manager, handling the back office and ensuring we deliver excellent service on time, with the highest degree of customer focus. Netta steps into Shannan’s role during periods of leave and works closely with Shannan if we have a tricky situation that needs an extra set of eyes or another perspective.

Netta works predominantly with our landlords, is well-versed in the legislation and handles our trust accounting, financial and audit functions as well as managing the day-to-day operations like a pro.

Shannan is the star of the show and is your Property Manager with boots on the ground. With 19 years of experience as a Senior Property Manager, there’s not much she hasn’t seen and she has loads of knowledge and experience in the industry, providing you comfort that you’re in good hands.
